Pimicikamak is undertaking an information project to share with its citizens and with the public how its funds are spent.

Phase one of this project brings travel expenses and meeting summaries into the forefront. Original cheque requisition forms associated with each expense will be uploaded within a month after they are incurred, along with related documentation showing the nature and purpose of the expense. As there is a significant administrative effort to get the check requisitions organized and linked to the appropriate back up item, these will focus on recent costs first, and the rest will be added continuously until caught up.

Cheque requisition documents and the cheque memo lines refer to specific meetings. A brief description of the meeting and list of those who attended will be posted.

Pimicikamak will also post documents concerning its relationships with governments and government agencies.
